Coaching can help you increase profit, build
a winning team, and give you the Freedom
to do What You Want
“I never cease to be amazed at the power of the coaching process to ground skills or talent that was previously hidden…., and which invariably finds a way to solve a problem previously thought unsolvable." – John Russell, Harley Davidson Europe, Ltd
“Why in the world would I want a business coach?” That’s a question I got awhile back, when making some prospecting calls.
And it’s a good question. A business owner has spent time, money and effort in trying to build their business. How can an outsider come in and help that person grow this business that they’ve spend 50, 60, 70 hours a week building it on their own?
If you’re happy with your business and the level of success you’ve attained, then maybe you would have no need of a business coach. Coaching isn’t for everyone.
But a lot business owners reach a certain level of business – and then they get stuck. They begin to experience three big problems:
Practicing leadership skills
Holding regular meetings with your team
Delegating tasks
Developing systems
Developing and executing a marketing plan
Making sales calls
Setting and tracking KPIs
Taking time to reflect, plan and develop strategy
Coaching clients often report that they get more of the RIGHT things done between calls because of the element of accountability.
Business coaching isn’t right for everyone
Business coaching isn’t a magic pill that works without you. You have got to be willing to learn and grow and change. You have got to show up with motivation and a willingness to do the work.
You need to be willing to be pushed, to be asked tough questions, to think critically, to look internally and to make changes.
It’s not for everyone. But it might be for you. If you would like to find out more about how this might work for you, book a call with me at www.25withKim.com . Maybe I can help.
